The Diagnostic
You do not need more tools. You need to know where your business is leaking.
The Promise Reliability Diagnostic identifies the operational constraint costing you the most—whether that is conversion, lead follow-up, onboarding, delivery, repetitive work, or a lack of visibility.
In the diagnostic, we will:
You will leave with:
Before you book a call, complete this short inquiry so we can prepare properly and confirm fit — not to interrogate you, just to avoid wasting your time on a call that isn’t the right next step.
We replace guesswork with a system that runs without you — live in 15 business days.
The Diagnostic may not be the right fit if:
We assess the business across five areas:
We also map the current client journey, review your existing tools, identify manual failure points, and clarify the business impact of the current leak.
You receive:
Where appropriate, Breadmaker may also provide an implementation recommendation for a Conversion Engine, Operations Backend, Agentic Workforce, or Operating Blueprint.
The working session typically takes [60–90 minutes].
The full process may also include a preparation form, review of relevant materials, and a follow-up report or debrief.
The exact timeline is confirmed when the Diagnostic is booked.
You do not need perfect documentation or a polished CRM.
It is useful to provide:
The current mess is useful evidence. Do not spend weeks trying to “fix” it before the Diagnostic.
No. The Diagnostic is a paid assessment and roadmap.
It tells you what needs to be built, why it matters, what should be prioritized, and what a reasonable implementation path looks like.
If a system build is appropriate, Breadmaker may provide a separate proposal. You are not required to proceed with implementation after the Diagnostic.
This is a commercial policy decision for Breadmaker.
A recommended approach is:
The Diagnostic is paid in full because it creates a standalone business asset: a tailored operating assessment and 90-day roadmap. If the client proceeds into a qualifying implementation engagement within [14/30] days, Breadmaker may credit [a defined percentage or fixed amount] toward the implementation fee.
Do not promise a full credit unless your pricing supports it. The Diagnostic should remain valuable and profitable as a standalone product.
Then Breadmaker will say so.
For example, a business may need clearer positioning, better demand generation, a pricing review, legal advice, financial controls, team leadership, or service-model validation before a systems implementation makes sense.
The Diagnostic should create clarity, not pressure a client into the wrong project.
The investment is [insert current price and currency].
It includes the assessment session, review of relevant materials, Promise Reliability Score, findings, and a written or recorded roadmap.
Third-party software, implementation work, custom development, and ongoing support are not included unless expressly stated.
Please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less notice may be subject to [your rescheduling policy].
This policy protects reserved preparation and delivery time.
